An identification document (ID card or passport) and a valid driving license are required. For licenses issued outside the European Union, an international driving permit must also be provided.

No, a credit card or guarantee is not required to book a car with Aenaos Rent a Car.

Yes, you can pay up to 500€, as permitted under Greek regulations.

A prepayment of 55€ is required in order to confirm the booking.

Drivers must be 23–72 years old and hold a valid license for over 2 years. Drivers aged 21–22 or over 72 may rent with an additional €5 daily insurance fee.

You have to contact us before the return of the car via email or telephone.

You can add two drivers for free, while for a third driver there is an additional cost of 5€ per day.

The car is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same level. If the fuel level is lower upon return, a charge of €15 per missing fuel indicator will apply.

Unlimited mileage is included for rentals within Greece.

Yes, as this allows us to monitor your flight for any delays or schedule changes, adjust the delivery time of your vehicle accordingly, ensuring the car is ready, even if your flight is delayed and confirm your exact arrival time at the airport. Without the flight number, we cannot guarantee your timely and smooth service in case of a schedule change.

The vehicles of Aenaos Rent a Car can be driven exclusively within the geographical boundaries of Greece. Driving the car across the border and into any other country is not permitted, due to insurance coverage and technical support reasons. In the event of a violation of this term, the driver bears the sole responsibility and all insurance coverage ceases to be valid.

Smoking in our cars is prohibited. Our policy strictly prohibits smoking in any of our cars. If you break this rule, a penalty fee of €150 will be applied for the driver.

To recover a lost object, after we have confirmed that it has been found, you can either pick it up from our office or send a family member/friend dully identified, or hire a courier service for the pick-up of the object.

Yes. You can provide us with the details under which you wish the invoice to be issued and we will send it via e-mail after your departure.

No this is not mandatory.The only condition, is that the car must be rentable again and the interior of the car is not excessively dirty (including the seats).

You need to call us immediately. One of our agents will arrange for a key replacement as soon as possible, and you will pay a fee as per the terms and conditions of your rental agreement.

First of all, it’s mandatory to call us in order to report the accident and to ask for support. Our agents will inform you about the procedure and documents you need to get, and after that we will decide if the car needs to be changed or not, depending on the damage. If the car needs to be replaced, we will assist you further with the following steps.

Yes, the One-Way service is available. The price of this service depends on the distance between the airport office (detailed pricing included in terms and conditions).

You can be late up to 1 hour free of charge. If you are late more than 3 hours, a full extra day with all the services will be charged.

The rental package includes full coverage (comprehensive) insurance, which protects you from every angle. For the above coverages to be valid, it is a necessary prerequisite that you follow the Highway Code and do not drive after consuming alcohol or other harmful substances. Otherwise, any damage is entirely the responsibility of the renter.

We do not provide refund for excess fuel.

You must inform us about your delay, and we will do our best to keep your reserved car until you arrive. We can discuss the additional details over the phone.
